Encouraging Word #58

This is the word that I heard from God on January 12, 2026.

I am rest for your weary soul. Slow down your breathing, clear your busy mind, and just be. You have been taught that your identity comes from the things that you do. If you rest, you are lazy. If you are not busy from sun up until sun down you are not productive. It is man made religion that sets those standards. Your true identity comes from Me. Not what you can do for Me, but what I have already done for you. I invite you to carve out some time in your busy day to rest in My presence. It does not need to be time filled with prayer, Bible reading, and worship. (I am not saying to get rid of those things for they are necessary for knowing Me.)  Find a few moments to say, “God I welcome you to speak to me. Show Me who you are and who I am in you.” Then just wait on Me, I will come. I will reveal Myself to you and I will show you the wonderful child that you are to Me. In love, I created you. You are not a mistake and you definitely are not junk. I knew you before the foundations of the earth were set and before you even knew who I Am, I called you by name. You are My beloved. Quiet yourself before Me and let Me show you what it really means to be counted as one of My own.
