Encouraging Word #20

This is the word from the Lord on September 10, 2025. God gave me this word when I was sort of wallowing in my own shortcomings and questioning whether I was of any real use to Him. However, I do feel that this is a word for anyone who is struggling in this hard season and questioning things in their own lives.

You are not a disappointment to Me. I am not a God who desires perfection from you. I know that you will make mistakes every day. That is why My love covers a multitude of sins and My mercies are new every morning. What I do desire is your time and affection. I desire for you to want to spend your time in My presence. I also want for you to obey My words to the best of your ability. I know that trauma has caused some bad habits in you and it has built some walls within you. Some of those protective walls even keep Me out. I love you just as you are, yet I love you so much that I will not leave you in a place filled with sorrow, trauma, and disappointment. I will draw you out of the depths and set your feet on high ground. You are the apple of My eye and My plans for you are good.
